Deposit: A EUR 260 deposit for your accommodation is due upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after inventory has been completed and verified. Services: An additional charge is necessary for sheets, towels, TV, pets, parking, baby cots, baby chairs, cleaning service, end-of-stay cleaning and other extras proposed by the residence. Reception opening hours: Check-in service is available on Saturdays from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00. Late arrivals: If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please contact the residence in advance.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
