L'Escale restaurant is located on-site and features stunning views of the Saguenay fjord along with a variety of regional specialties for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of CAD 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CAD 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Baby cots are not available.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
