Guests will enjoy new California cuisine for lunch and dinner at the Tower Bridge Bistro. Dining is available in the attractive dining room or the outdoor patio. The Marketplace Cafe is a casual restaurant that serves a selection of appetizers, salads, sandwiches and wood-fired pizzas. The cafe is open for lunch and dinner.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.  Internet via TV is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable.  Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  USD 1.50 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Extra beds are not available.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
