Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  USD 1.50 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 5.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
