Upon check-in photo identification and a credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  USD 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 5.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
