Saas-Fee is a car-free village. Please call the hotel from the parking block at the entrance to the village or from the bus station and your luggage will be picked up.

Travel information

By train: - Take the train via Brig respectively Visp and change for the Postauto (bus) running to Saas Fee every hour until 20:05 from Brig or until 20:25 from Visp. - Check in your luggage at your train station at home and pick it up at the Postauto station in the Saas valley.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included.

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years are charged CHF 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 6 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 16 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
