Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 13 to 15 years are charged 75 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
