Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first three nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first three nights will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years are charged CHF 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 11 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 15 years are charged 35 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 45 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
