Travel information

Visitors travelling by car from the north travel via Bern through the Lötschberg tunnel (car-train), from the east via the Furka pass (or car-train) and from the south via the Simplon pass. You reach the Saas Valley from the west of Switzerland via Lausanne and through the Rhone valley to Visp. Visitors travelling by train travel to Brig or Visp and change to the post bus with the direct destination "Saas-Fee". There are hourly connections until 8.05 in the evening from Brig and 8.25 from Visp. Check your luggage in at your local station and collect it at the bus station at the Saas Valley post offices. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
