Photo ID and a valid credit card in the same name as the booking are required at check-in. Reception hours: 6am - 10pm (Mon - Fri) 7am - 10pm (Sat) 7am - 8 pm (Sun) For guests arriving outside these hours, please contact the hotel in advance to make arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Continental breakfast costs AUD 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged AUD 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
