Guests arriving later than 18:00 are kindly requested to contact the reception before arrival. Please note that guests need to bring their own bedlinen and towels or rent them from the hotel at an additional cost. Please also note that Knudhule Feriecenter charges upon arrival.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

25 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs DKK 60.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged DKK 100.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged DKK 100.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
