Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs EUR 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 4 to 10 years are charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
