If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 12.00 per night in an extra bed.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
