Breakfast can be enjoyed in the restaurant of the Parkhotel Rovio (700 metres). Breakfast time: 08:00 to 10:00 (on request at the reception desk, an earlier breakfast can be arranged) Restaurant opening hours: Lunch time: 12:00 to 14:00 Dinner time: 18:45 to 20:30 Half board is available as well.

Please note: - Keys for the Residenza must be picked up at the hotel Park Hotel Rovio (700 metres). - A late check-in is not possible. - Payment will be done in the Park Hotel Rovio. - In case of an early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. - Rooms Tell 3 and Tell 4 are equipped with a small kitchenette. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  Please note, if modified, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 0.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs CHF 30.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years are charged CHF 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 15.00 per night and person for cots.  All children under 4 years are charged CHF 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 5 to 10 years are charged CHF 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 11 to 14 years are charged CHF 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 65.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
