Food & Beverages

We do not serve breakfast, but both rooms are provided with a Nespresso machine for coffee and tea and plates and cutlery are also available. Make use of the microwave and fridge in the pantry down the hall. The shops and bakery near the guesthouse are also open on Sundays.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 10 years are welcome.  All children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
