If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs NZD 20 per person per night.  Full English breakfast costs NZD 26 per person per night.  Breakfast costs NZD 26 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged NZD 15 per night for cots.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 50 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
