All apartments have just been completely refurbished (finished in 2009) and are non-smoking. apartments are well insulated and thermally heated to keep you and your family warm during the cooler months.We have 12 channels of television, including Sky TV.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs NZD 9.95 per person.  Full English breakfast costs NZD 14.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged NZD 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 0 to 14 years are charged NZD 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
