From south by vehicle: From Fairysprings road, follow for approx 4km you will turn left into Lake Road following city centre signs. Follow lake Road around (to left) to round-about at Lake End this is Rangiuri street on your right-hand side. From north by vehicle: From Fenton street follow street to very end approx 8km to Whakaue Street - turn left into Whakaue Street and follow to very end turning right into Rangiuru Street. From east by vehicle: Follow Te Ngae Road to Fenton Street lights, turn right into Fenton Street follow to Whakaue Street - turn left into Whakaue street and follow to very end turning right into Rangiuru Street. By Bus: You will be dropped at Rotorua I-site on Fenton Street (we are approx 5 minutes walk from here). Head towards the lake to Whakaue street and follow to very end turning right into Rangiuru Street. From Airport: We are approx 7km. Driving see above directions from east.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One further older child or adult is charged NZD 40.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
