Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.57 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
