Re:fuel is located on-site and provides guests with quick and easy food options, perfect for those in a hurry. Open 24-hours a day, Re:fuel offers self-serve salads, sandwiches, snacks and beverages. W XYZ Bar is also located on-site and features a trendy and intimate atmosphere, complete with specialty beverages and cocktails as well as a light snack menu.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs USD 25.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 18 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
