Full payment of room and tax due at time of booking. If cancelled outside of 72 hours, one night room and tax penalty, if cancelled within 72 hours full stay room and tax penalty. No modifications allowed to the reservation. Upon check-in, photo identification and a credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 9.95 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 30.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 25.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
