Travel information

From Rome Termini Railway Station: - From Termini take the Metro line B until Marconi Station.From here turn left, walk 250 metres and cross the main road. Then turn right. From Rome Fumicino Airport: - You can take a taxi, which is a 25-minute ride, - Alternatively, you can take the Leonardo Express train that will bring you to Rome Termini Railway Station. This is a 40-minute ride. Private Shuttle Service: Available on request at an additional cost, Prime Hotel Area can arrange a chauffeur-driven limousine to pick you up and bring you to the hotel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
