Country and City's self-catering apartments are fully equipped and located in the heart of Rome, very near to all the most important archaeological and historical sites. The fee includes bed linen, towels, utilities, weekly and final cleaning, free Wi-Fi internet in all Monte Brianzo and Trastevere apartments.

Hotel details

For check-in the office is open from 14:30 to 18:30 in Via Monte Brianzo 58, from Monday to Saturday. It is closed on Sundays and on public holidays. If you intend to arrive outside of these hours, please advise the office at least 3 days before arrival in order to arrange check-in.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and charges are applicable. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
