The Residence Villa Emidia includes 7 apartments that can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. The apartments are situated in a completely renovated villa, originally built in the 50’s. A full and careful renovation has given the complex all its original charm. The structure offers comfortable and elegant accommodations in the area of the Castelli Romani (Roman castles) famous not only for their antiquity, but also for its excellent wines, lakes, parks and the prestigious papal residence. All rooms are delightfully decorated and offer modern amenities that will make your stay enjoyable, whether you are traveling for pleasure or for work. The quiet and spacious apartments are equipped with a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen and are ideal for short and long stays. Furthermore the windows in the apartments are double glazed and thus eliminate all outside noises, even though the area is extremely quiet.

The establishment currently offers comfortable and elegant lodgings in the area of the famous Castelli Romani (Roman Castles), known not only for their antiques but for their excellent wines, lakes, parks and the prestigious residence of the Pope. All the suites are nicely furnished and offer a host of modern comforts that will make your stay pleasant whether you are travelling for pleasure of for business. Quiet and spacious, the apartments are equipped with a large bathroom and a kitchen completely equipped and are ideal for short and long stays.

The residence has a guests-only entrance and an internal area for loading/unloading luggage. Reception services are only available upon check-in and check-out and must be previously arranged.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
