Food & Beverages

Please note that you will receive a voucher for breakfast that can be redeemed only in the cafè, which is not part of the Sam Rooms, but located in the same building. Upon request, breakfast can be served in your room from 8:30 until 10:00. The breakfast consists of 2 croissants and 1 hot beverage (or 1 fruit juice) per person.

Please specify your estimated time of arrival. Staff at Sam Rooms are not located on the property. Therefore you are kindly requested to update staff with the time of your arrival, at least 2 days prior to arrival date. Please note that you will receive a voucher for breakfast that can be redeemed only in the cafè, which is not part of the hotel, but located in the same building.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable.

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
