Outwardly simple yet with astonishing interior, Hotel Strossmayer has preserved, even after complete renovation, the inspiration of the former Habsburgs brilliance. Their history is more than one-and-a-half centuries long and it is full of famous names and legends. Nostalgia is combined with contemporary adaptability, as is evident in the luxurious Blue self-service restaurant. A covered walkway connects both hotels with a swimming pool, mineral water drinking hall, a medical centre, relaxation centre and fitness and beauty centre.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.01 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 8 to 12 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  All children from 8 to 12 years are charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
