Check in is possible 24 hours a day by using hotel's check in machine at the front door. All you need is your credit card and your booking number. Reception has personnel only in the mornings.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

25 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs DKK 59.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged DKK 100.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
