The Reception is open from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 22:30. On Saturday and Sunday it is open from 08:00 to 22:30. In case of arrival planned out of these hours please contact the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 5.80 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
