Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  15 % service charge per stay is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs SAR 69.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged SAR 65.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
