Guests can enjoy delicious Mediterranean cuisine, freshly prepared in the show kitchen, at the Mosaic Mediterranean Restaurant, grilled Arabic specialities at the Al Naseem Grill or light snacks and drinks at the Atrium Café.

Transfers to and from King Khalid International Airport are provided for an extra fee. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs SAR 40.00 per hour.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs SAR 40.00 per hour.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs SAR 100.00 per 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  15 % service charge per stay is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs SAR 109.25 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged SAR 86.25 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
