Guests are requested to re-confirm their departure date upon arrival at the hotel. Should guests amend their stay and leave earlier than originally booked, an early check out fee will apply. Transfers to and from King Khalid International Airport are available on a request basis from the hotel. Please contact the hotel once a reservation is in place for further information on this service. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  15 % service charge per stay is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs SAR 103.50 per person.  Breakfast is free of charge for children up to 8 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged SAR 86.25 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
