The hotel’s 5 restaurants offer a fantastic variety of international cuisine in a number of different settings. The Globe Restaurant at the top of the tower is a must for its stunning panoramic views, amazing cuisine and the separate cigar lounge.

Airport transfers are available on a request basis to and from the hotel. Please contact the hotel once a reservation is in place for further information on this service. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and costs SAR 50.00 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs SAR 125.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  15 % service charge per stay is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs SAR 140.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child or adult is charged SAR 75.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
