Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Up to two children from 4 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Up to two children from 12 to 17 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  One child under 4 years is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
