The residence’s clean and comfortable apartments are up to 60 square metres in size. With a choice of balcony or terrace, they feature fine furnishings and modern facilities.

Hotel details

Apartments must be thoroughly cleaned before departure, otherwise a mandatory final cleaning fee is due. Sheets and towels can be rented at an additional cost.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 3.00 per hour.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 12.50 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
