All apartments are furnished in a pleasant contemporary style. Suitable for groups of 2 to 6 people, apartments are 35 to 60 square metres in size.

Hotel details

The apartment must be totally cleaned before departure otherwise a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 35,00 is due. Sheets and towels can be rented for Euro 11.00 per person/change.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 3.00 per hour.

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 12.50 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
