Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 15.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first two nights will be charged at least 60 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

11 % Tax is not included.  14 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 40.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
