Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs BRL 2.00 per 30 minutes. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs BRL 20.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged BRL 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
