The hotel's parking lots can be offered to guests depending on availability. Please note that the parking lots are NOT available during the following periods: - 28 December 2009 - 01 January 2010; - 13 - 17 February 2010.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged BRL 85.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
