Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  BRL 4.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One further child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One further child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  All older children or adults are charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
