Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  BRL 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs BRL 16.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 8 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
