The complementary buffet breakfast is served from 6:00 until 11:00 AM in the Breakfast Lounge. The hotel also welcomes you at the lobby bar, which is open daily from midday until 11:00 PM. Room service is also available on site.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs BRL 20.00 per 24 hours.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs BRL 20.00 per 24 hours.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs BRL 32.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % Tax is included.  10 % service charge per stay is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  All older children or adults are charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
