Midi-Family Apartment This spacious family apartment has a living room a and bedroom and a special bed for children. It is equipped with a kitchenette and wooden furniture and has a size of 36 to 48 m² and is suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 children. Maxi-Family apartment This is a spacious apartment with a living room, bedroom and a separate bedroom for children as well as a kitchenette, wooden furniture and a bathroom. It has a size of about 43-55 m² and is suitable for up to 2 adults and 4 children.

Hotel details

In our spa area you can learn the original meaning of wellbeing and spa relaxation. As well as our 100 year old sauna, we offer special treatments and relaxation therapies from the Far East. Children will be cared for by our experienced team for 80 hours a week. They will be individually and lovingly looked after in the playrooms and can play with toys and learn skills appropriate to their age. Our activities programme changes week to week and includes educational exercises and lots of time exploring the natural surroundings. Pirate World water fun park is an exciting lagoon area for the children to splash around in. Adults will also be catered for, as we offer a diverse programme of activities from pilates to Nordic walking to cinema evenings.

Food & Beverages

There are some basic rules in our family restaurant. The main one is that the parents do not need to worry if the children are misbehaving! We provide all the necessary table accessories, such as high-chairs, bibs and childrens' cutlery. We serve a hearty breakfast buffet in the mornings, a light lunch buffet, delicious cakes in the afternoon and themed buffets as well as an extensive à la carte in the evening. All meals are 100% organic.

Please note that bookings are only possible when travelling with at least one child.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 7 to 8 years are charged 12.5 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  One child from 9 to 10 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  One child from 11 to 16 years is charged 40 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 50 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
