Many restaurants, pubs and cafés are within walking distance of each apartment.

After booking an apartment, you have to contact the agency to receive details for the check-in procedure - time and method of arrival, receiving keys, payment method, etc. Payment for the entire reserved period is required at arrival. Check-out is possible after 12:00 without any additional payment in case there are no new guests booked for the same apartment.

Wired internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

21 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
