There are 3 possibilities how to get your key for the apartment: - A staff member can meet you near the apartment; - You can collect the keys at the office (Meistaru 10/12, office 227); - You can request an airport pick-up (at an extra charge) and the driver will take you directly to the apartment. The office is only a 5-minute walk from the apartments. Arrivals after 20:00 will incur an extra check-in fee. Departures before 08:00 will incur an extra check-out fee. Please note that credit cards will not be accepted. You can only pay in cash.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

21 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
