Food & Beverages

On request, your fridge can be filled with food and drinks for your breakfast or evening snack before you arrive. This service is subject to an extra charge, in addition to the cost of the groceries.

A deposit of EUR 100 is obligatory for all apartments. It has to be paid upon arrival and will be returned (if the apartment is in order and the company has no claims) at check-out. Payment is due upon arrival. Please inform the hotel about your arrival time. A representative of StayInRiga will meet you near the building entrance for check-in and to provide all further information. Please note that a fee for late check-ins (after 20:00) applies.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

21 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
