You can get the keys for your apartment in the following way: - Either we will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the apartment (transfer price one way for 1-4 people is EUR 25; for 5-10 people it is EUR 35 one-way). - Or we will meet you near the apartment building/in our office with the keys. For all arrivals after 20:00 we charge EUR 10 as a late-arrival fee (except if the clients use our transfer service).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

21 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
