Area information

The mountains of the Kleinwalsertal feature a 150 km-long network of hiking trails between 1,000 and 2,536 metres above sea level. There are also ideal conditions for mountain biking and skiing, with the Kleinwalsertal-Oberstdorf ski area offering 47 ski lifts and over 120 km of slopes in all degrees of difficulty. In addition, there are many other sports and leisure activities, including tennis, golf and a casino.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 13.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years are charged 20 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
