Start your day at the varied breakfast buffet. Special wishes for people with allergies, vegetarians or diabetics will gladly be accommodated. Renowned chef Wilhelm Bauböck serves classic Austrian dishes as well as modern creations at the hotel restaurant. Afterwards you can enjoy a top-class choice of wines at the elegant bar.

The reception is open from 07:00 to 22:00. Later check-in is only possible at the key box by using a code (which will only be announced by telephone during the opening hours).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
