Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14.75 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 10.00 per night in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
