Area information Bintan is pleasantly warm and sunny all year round. Day time temperatures range between 21 and 32 degrees centigrade, and hover at 26 degrees on average. The humidity levels vary from 61 to 96 per cent. From October to March, the weather turns refreshingly cool. In the monsoon season, days see more rainfall and stronger winds. In the tropics, light clothing is advised and do not forget your swim wear and sunblock/suntan lotions! Travel information From Singapore Bintan is accessible via high-speed catamarans from Singapore's Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (TMFT). The journey takes 55 minutes. Check-in time for the ferry is 30 minutes before departure. Each passenger has up to a 20 kg baggage allowance. Tickets are available at ticketing counter 5, Singapore Cable Car counters at TMFT, and through selected travel agents in Singapore From Indonesia you take a domestic flight to Hang Nadim Airport, on neighboring Batam Island. A regular speedboat is available from Nongsa Ferry Terminal in Batam and Bandar Bentan Ferry Terminal in Bintan Resorts. The journey takes approximately 55 minutes.

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is included. 11 % service charge per room per night is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged USD 50.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
